We want you to feel confident buying pre-owned compression. Here's how our returns process works.
⚠️ Please check sizing carefully before purchasing
Compression garments must fit correctly to be effective. Because these are pre-owned medical garments, please check the brand's size chart and your own measurements carefully before you buy — this helps us keep the service running for everyone.
How returns work
You can try a garment on at home to check the fit. If it doesn't work for you, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

Your parcel includes a return instructions slip with everything you need to send an item back

Contact us within 14 days of delivery to let us know you'd like to return an item: compressionsupport@acsclothing.co.uk — include your order number

The garment must still have all original labels and packaging attached

Once we receive it, the garment is professionally re-laundered and ozone re-sanitised by ACS Clothing before it can be relisted
Please help the service stay viable
Returns are accepted, but please try to avoid over-ordering — for example, ordering multiple sizes of the same garment to try at home. Handling and re-sanitisation costs are high for a service like this, and a high rate of returns could put the service at risk of running at a loss.

Misdescribed or faulty items
If an item arrives damaged, or doesn't match its listing (for example, the condition grade or size is incorrect), please contact us straightaway: compressionsupport@acsclothing.co.uk. We will cover the cost of return postage in these cases, and you will receive a full refund.

Return postage: The cost of return postage is paid by the buyer. We will let you know the return process and any postage details when you contact us to arrange a return.
