About the event
It is well documented that cold water swimming is beneficial to lipoedema so we are holding a BIG DIP to celebrate Lipoedema Awareness Month.
We will meet in the car park at Longniddry Bents in East Lothian on Saturday 21st June at 9.45am, ready to dip at 10am. The event is subject to tide times and weather.
If you are a seasoned dipper or if you have never done it before, come and join us to get as many of us in the water as we can*! You're also very welcome to come for a wee paddle!
